The Senior Agency Lead grows Pinterest’s global agency business by driving new and incremental revenue, managing executive relationships, educating agencies on Pinterest’s advertising platform, and turning partners into advocates. The role tracks pipeline, metrics, and market trends; communicates new ad offerings; demonstrates business impact; and collaborates cross-functionally to improve Pinterest’s advertising platform. It requires extensive digital advertising agency sales experience, performance advertising expertise, executive communication skills, and strong revenue forecasting ability.

Lead strategic client partnerships in Pinterest’s UK financial services advertising business. Develop and execute growth strategies, manage pipelines, pitch and close deals, build relationships with brands and agencies, achieve revenue targets, analyze campaign and business metrics, and communicate performance to leadership. Collaborate with product, sales operations, marketing, and regional teams while using AI-driven tools and automation to optimize campaign management, identify trends, and improve client outcomes.

Lead UK multi-vertical sales strategy and execution, build and manage a senior sales team, close strategic partnerships, drive revenue and operational excellence, partner cross-functionally on measurement and product, and represent Pinterest externally.
