Lead pre-sales technical engagements by designing and delivering demos, PoCs, and RfX responses for IAM solutions. Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and support to translate customer requirements into secure identity solutions, guide the Sales Engineering team, and drive opportunities to close. Travel across the UK/EMEA (~20-30%).

Design, build, and maintain cloud-hosted production infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for a large identity platform. Implement automated deployments, ensure resiliency, observability, security, and cost optimization. Collaborate across teams, perform tech evaluation, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor others while improving deployment and operational practices.
