Leads Ping Identity’s Middle East sales organization, owning territory strategy, pipeline, forecasting, quota attainment, customer relationships, partner engagement, and enterprise account growth. Coaches, recruits, and develops a high-performing team while driving SaaS solution sales, customer satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic relationships with C-level enterprise contacts, systems integrators, and regional partners.

Own a UKI territory focused on acquiring strategic new-logo customers. Develop territory and account plans, position Ping Identity’s value proposition, generate pipeline, negotiate complex enterprise software contracts, prepare subscription pricing and proposals, forecast sales activity, and close large deals. The role requires quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, strong C-level relationships, strategic buyer engagement, partner and systems integrator collaboration, and experience with long sales cycles and value-selling methodologies.

Build and operate IAM capabilities across the Ping platform, including APIs, services, models, workflows, infrastructure, databases, and UI experiences. Research emerging AI identity technologies, prototype solutions, and deliver scalable production features. Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams; participate in design, coding, testing, rollout, and support. Use AI tooling to accelerate development while maintaining sound engineering judgment, and contribute through technical communication, code reviews, and mentoring.

Designs user experiences for complex enterprise SaaS applications and builds interactive coded prototypes using modern frontend technologies. Collaborates with product managers, researchers, designers, and engineers to validate concepts, shape product direction, ensure implementation quality, and evolve design systems. The role also emphasizes accessibility, AI-assisted experiences, design critique, mentoring, and using AI-native tools to accelerate ideation and development.

Translate sales and go-to-market requirements into developer-ready user stories, workflows, mockups, and prototypes in Jira. Collaborate with sales engineering, product, and GTM teams to iterate rapidly on production-grade demos. Validate complex IAM features through manual testing across devices and browsers, including mobile push and biometric verification. Maintain demo readiness, coordinate developer and stakeholder feedback, use approved AI tools responsibly, and improve sales engineering processes.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements by designing and delivering demos, PoCs, and RfX responses for IAM solutions. Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and support to translate customer requirements into secure identity solutions, guide the Sales Engineering team, and drive opportunities to close. Travel across the UK/EMEA (~20-30%).

Design, build, and maintain cloud-hosted production infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for a large identity platform. Implement automated deployments, ensure resiliency, observability, security, and cost optimization. Collaborate across teams, perform tech evaluation, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor others while improving deployment and operational practices.

Design, build, test, and operate IAM and platform services across the stack. Implement APIs, models, workflows, and orchestration surfaces. Research and prototype AI agent identity solutions, collaborate with product and UX, participate in design, coding, testing, rollout, and production support, and mentor other engineers.

Lead UKI enterprise sales to drive revenue growth by defining go-to-market strategy, managing and coaching the sales team, owning pipeline and forecasts, aligning sales with marketing, product, and customer success, nurturing strategic customer relationships, and representing the company at industry events.

Own an assigned UK territory to drive net-new enterprise logo acquisition for Ping Identity. Position the IAM value proposition, generate pipeline, negotiate and close complex subscription deals, prepare pricing and RFP responses, report forecasts, and coordinate internal and partner resources to maximize revenue.

Lead product execution for Ping Identity's Identity for AI solution: define strategy, prioritize features, gather market and customer requirements, produce technical requirements, manage roadmap and backlog, collaborate with engineering, design, sales and marketing, enable go-to-market, and leverage AI tools to improve product workflows and delivery.
