Travel across the UK/EMEA (~20-30%).

Design, build, and maintain cloud-hosted production infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for a large identity platform. Implement automated deployments, ensure resiliency, observability, security, and cost optimization. Collaborate across teams, perform tech evaluation, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor others while improving deployment and operational practices.

Design, build, test, and operate IAM and platform services across the stack. Implement APIs, models, workflows, and orchestration surfaces. Research and prototype AI agent identity solutions, collaborate with product and UX, participate in design, coding, testing, rollout, and production support, and mentor other engineers.

Lead UKI enterprise sales to drive revenue growth by defining go-to-market strategy, managing and coaching the sales team, owning pipeline and forecasts, aligning sales with marketing, product, and customer success, nurturing strategic customer relationships, and representing the company at industry events.

Own an assigned UK territory to drive net-new enterprise logo acquisition for Ping Identity. Position the IAM value proposition, generate pipeline, negotiate and close complex subscription deals, prepare pricing and RFP responses, report forecasts, and coordinate internal and partner resources to maximize revenue.

Lead product execution for Ping Identity's Identity for AI solution: define strategy, prioritize features, gather market and customer requirements, produce technical requirements, manage roadmap and backlog, collaborate with engineering, design, sales and marketing, enable go-to-market, and leverage AI tools to improve product workflows and delivery.
