Own the design and development of acoustic pods, furniture, and related components from concept through production. Create detailed SolidWorks CAD models and manufacturing drawings, develop prototypes, manage engineering changes, resolve manufacturing issues, and improve product quality, cost, durability, and manufacturability. Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams while managing multiple projects, supporting testing and validation, maintaining product records, and transitioning new designs into manufacture.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, obtain and compare freight quotes, manage import and export customs documentation, and track deliveries and transport costs. Liaise with suppliers, purchasing teams, warehouses, customers, freight forwarders, and hauliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Monitor logistics performance, maintain accurate records, provide shipment ETA advice, and identify opportunities for savings and operational improvement.

Plans, creates, publishes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, and websites. Produces branded graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite, manages HubSpot email campaigns, updates WordPress content, supports SEO, and monitors performance through analytics platforms. The role also coordinates campaign assets and deadlines, reports on results, and identifies improvements to increase brand awareness, engagement, and enquiries.
