Manage warranty claims, customer enquiries, repairs, collections, deliveries, and aftersales administration. Coordinate with internal teams and international sales offices, schedule repair work, report progress, and escalate recurring issues. Conduct physical product inspections, record defects, quarantine rejected items, communicate findings to suppliers, and support corrective actions, health and safety, and compliance activities. Occasional customer site visits and physical manual handling are required.
