Conduct quantitative research supporting fixed-income portfolio construction, optimization, trading processes, and execution strategies. Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, researchers, and technologists to develop systematic approaches, re-engineer portfolio processes, implement signals, and solve large-scale construction problems. Clearly communicate technical findings to senior stakeholders while delivering rigorous, practical investment solutions.

Leads business analysis and technology delivery for global regulatory transaction reporting platforms. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, functional specifications, process mapping, testing coordination, defect triage, production issue analysis, release validation, process improvement, automation support, stakeholder communication, and modernization initiatives. The role partners with Regulatory Operations, Engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve reporting quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across regimes including MiFID II, EMIR, ASIC, MAS, and SFTR.

Supports employee and manager HR inquiries, lifecycle transactions, case management, knowledge content, process improvement, and responsible AI or automation initiatives. Maintains accurate, confidential records and collaborates with HR partners and subject matter experts to resolve issues, improve workflows, develop self-service resources, and enhance employee experience. Requires strong communication, organization, judgment, attention to detail, and curiosity about technology.
