Design and iterate user-centred product experiences from research and concept through high-fidelity designs and developer handover. Create wireframes, prototypes, flows, IA and platform-specific (iOS/Android) designs, support user research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, advocate design systems and brand consistency, and contribute to critiques and usability-driven improvements.

Support the Head of Client Delivery Transformation to scope and drive transformation programmes: map current processes, evaluate technology, gather cross-functional requirements, plan deployments, and redesign payment and reconciliation journeys to reduce manual work and enable automation.

Lead mobile architecture strategy across hybrid, cross-platform, and native apps. Design secure offline-first solutions with biometric tokenization, encrypted local storage, background sync, and secure session handling. Define performance strategy for LLM-backed workflows and collaborate with AI and backend teams for scalable integration.
