Lead complex business systems and ICT projects for a local government partner, managing projects from scoping and business case development through implementation and benefits realization. Responsibilities include stakeholder and supplier management, planning, budgets, risks, procurement, integrations, business change, process improvement, governance reporting, and continuous improvement across systems such as GIS, CRM, HR and payroll, and revenues and benefits.

Support design, implementation and maintenance of on‑premise, hybrid and cloud infrastructure. Assist deployments, migrations and upgrades; build and support virtualization, server, networking and Microsoft platforms; configure AD, DNS, DHCP and backup solutions; troubleshoot systems; produce documentation; collaborate with project, service, vendor and customer teams while developing consultancy skills.

Deliver a portfolio of strategic transformation projects spanning infrastructure, business systems, data, insight, and AI. Coordinate plans, stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, budgets, risks, procurement, benefits, and timelines across complex local government environments. Support the Data, Insight and AI programme, promote innovation and continuous improvement, and build relationships that enable successful change and adoption.
