The role also involves producing project documentation, researching emerging technologies, and ensuring successful outcomes and benefits realization.

Leads and develops the Software Engineering team, overseeing people management, engineering operations, releases, production incidents, code quality, governance, technical investigations, SQL data work, and technical stakeholder collaboration. The role provides technical direction, supports delivery planning, reduces technical debt, promotes engineering standards, and drives continuous improvement across software development practices.

Design, develop and maintain security automation workflows and playbooks to improve SOC detection, triage, enrichment and response.
