Lead and grow a team of up to 12 financial advisers delivering retirement and investment advice. Drive customer experience, regulatory compliance, training and competence, risk management, and cross-divisional stakeholder engagement to meet commercial and performance targets.

Lead and manage the end-to-end transition/onboarding of Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) schemes, acting as main client contact. Own project plans, liaise with trustees, administrators and outsourced partners, oversee data cleanse activity, identify and mitigate risks, produce MI and contractual documents, and support the team through to buy-out.

Provide professional hybrid financial advice by telephone on retirement, savings and investment products. Complete fact-finds, formulate need-based recommendations, prepare suitability reports, retain and grow client assets, meet Training & Competence requirements, and contribute to retail direct growth through client relationship building and internal referrals.
