Owns the end-to-end payment lifecycle for commodity trading and general accounts payable activities. Responsibilities include executing high-volume payments, managing SAP payment processes, allocating receivables, reconciling SAP and bank reports, resolving returned funds, monitoring payment statuses, and preparing financial reports. The role also supports AR/AP outstanding reporting and overdue balance follow-up while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Manages daily cash positions, cash flow forecasting data, payments, liquidity and currency risk transactions, money market investments, and import financing. The role liaises with banks, internal departments, and counterparties while supporting treasury and trade finance activities. It requires strong Excel and financial modeling skills, attention to detail, communication, and adaptability. This is a 12-month fixed-term position based in the London office four days per week.

Supports contracts for physical LNG, crude oil, refined products, and bio products by drafting and negotiating agreements, reviewing purchase contracts, validating ETRM trade entries, and advising trading and operations teams. Ensures trade documentation, controls, compliance, and administrative processes are completed accurately. Provides commercial and contractual guidance, mitigates risk, resolves discrepancies, and manages related analysis and projects.
