Monitors campaign performance, lead quality, conversion, and ROI, using insights to optimize marketing investments and respond to changing business needs.

Leads the optical design, development, modelling, optimisation, validation, and calibration of IR, UV, and visible spectrometer systems. Defines optical requirements, develops new spectroscopy techniques, analyses experimental data, and supports test equipment design. Investigates manufacturing and field failures through root-cause analysis, collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams, and produces technical documentation. The role also supports product quality, performance, and global R&D and manufacturing activities.

Leads a multidisciplinary R&D engineering team developing precision optical, electro-mechanical, electronic, software, and firmware systems for scientific instruments. Owns resource planning, project delivery, design reviews, engineering quality, product development, sustaining support, manufacturing transfer, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develops team capability, manages performance, ensures compliance, and delivers products from concept through launch within structured development processes.
