Leads a multidisciplinary R&D engineering team developing precision optical, electro-mechanical, electronic, software, and firmware systems for scientific instruments. Owns resource planning, project delivery, design reviews, engineering quality, product development, sustaining support, manufacturing transfer, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develops team capability, manages performance, ensures compliance, and delivers products from concept through launch within structured development processes.

Manages day-to-day operations for an ultraviolet analytical instrument product line, including SKU and lifecycle management, pricing administration, end-of-life execution, quality and supply chain escalations, product documentation, competitive resources, KPI reporting, and NPI launch readiness. The role supports sales and coordinates cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and commercial teams while working under strategic product leadership.

Owns the 3–5 year roadmap, NPI business cases, commercial launches, pricing strategy, and P&L contribution for an analytical instrumentation product segment. Leads customer insight and competitive intelligence programs, guides technology and investment decisions, and partners with R&D, marketing, sales, and executives. Manages and develops a team of NPI and operations product managers while ensuring commercial readiness and portfolio profitability.

The Sr. Electronics Design Engineer is responsible for developing, installing, and maintaining electronic designs for products, collaborating with teams to test and improve systems, and proposing technology concepts.

Supports EMEA commercial teams for the Inorganics product portfolio by providing product expertise, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, launch localization, market feedback, forecasting input, and customer support. The role coordinates regional launches, beta programs, distributor training, demonstrations, key account engagements, and scientific event participation while informing global product strategy and driving regional KPIs and financial performance.
