The Sr. Electronics Design Engineer is responsible for developing, installing, and maintaining electronic designs for products, collaborating with teams to test and improve systems, and proposing technology concepts.

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team (mechanical, optical, electronics, software, firmware) to deliver high-precision optical and thermal-analysis instruments. Own resource planning, project delivery, design-for-excellence practices, cross-functional collaboration, compliance, and continuous improvement across new product development, platforms, and sustaining engineering.

Lead system-level design, requirements definition and verification for high-precision optical and thermal material characterization instruments. Drive quality-by-design, risk reduction, experiments and data analysis, perform root-cause investigations, liaise with Manufacturing/Service, and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as sole commercial lead for a large global pharmaceutical client, accountable for $4M annual revenue. Build executive relationships, drive cross-service growth, develop multi-year account strategy, align delivery and forecasting in CRM, lead governance and escalations, mentor account leaders, and travel extensively.
