Leads Percona’s globally distributed Global Services organization, overseeing Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, project management, and delivery operations. Owns service quality, customer satisfaction, strategic planning, operational improvement, AI-first transformation, knowledge management, and P&L performance. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to shape strategy and innovation while maintaining expertise in open source database technologies. Develops high-performing teams, builds customer and community relationships, monitors market trends, and drives experimentation, efficiency, and scalable service delivery.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage calendar, prepare documents and board materials, coordinate meetings, handle travel and expenses, take minutes, triage email backlog, and facilitate follow-through on action items. Serve as backup support to the Executive Leadership Team and represent the CEO professionally in internal and external interactions.

Lead global HR operations for a fully remote workforce across approximately 50 countries. Manage a global HR team, advise executives and managers, oversee employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, performance management, learning programs, HR systems, reporting, and the full staff lifecycle. Support immigration and relocation matters, improve HR processes through automation and analytics, manage external providers, and strengthen organizational culture, effectiveness, and employee experience.
