Owns product compliance across UK, EU, and non-Americas markets, covering market access, product safety, chemicals, labelling, testing, ESPR, Digital Product Passport delivery, and recall execution. The role applies regulations such as REACH, PFAS, POPs, Proposition 65, and Restricted Substances Lists to product and supplier decisions, while reporting readiness and risks to senior compliance leadership.

Leads Berghaus’s global product strategy and seasonal creation process, shaping consumer-led technical outdoor apparel ranges. Responsibilities include range architecture, line planning, lifecycle management, category growth, cross-functional collaboration with design and innovation teams, global launches, process improvement, and leadership of the Product team. The role balances consumer insight, technical performance, commercial objectives, and sustainable growth.
