Lead and transform global post-onboarding client functions by unifying Customer Support and Client Success Operations. Build an AI-enabled, data-driven model for proactive engagement, adoption, retention, automation, and self-service. Drive operational excellence, client health scoring, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, and executive visibility into client outcomes and risks.

Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close for assigned markets; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and statutory financial statements; manage VAT/GST and corporate tax compliance; support audits; handle intercompany and transfer pricing processes; partner with finance functions to improve processes and drive automation.
