Lead clinical operations FSP programs within a CRO, overseeing service delivery, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, financial performance, resource allocation, workforce planning, quality metrics, and contract management. Develop scalable delivery models, standardize processes, improve margins, expand service offerings, and build strong cross-functional client and internal stakeholder relationships across therapeutic areas.

Lead complex international congresses and pharmaceutical meetings from planning through post-event analysis. Manage delegate travel, venues, suppliers, budgets, client relationships, compliance, deliverables, and on-site execution. Provide status updates, resolve issues, maintain quality and profitability, and support virtual meeting and registration technology. Requires event management experience in pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare settings and a bachelor’s degree.

Provide strategic HR business partnering across the UK and Ireland, advising managers on employee relations, performance, talent development, compliance, HR analytics, payroll validation, and organizational change. Coordinate global HR processes, support restructuring initiatives, deliver HR training, communicate policy updates, and develop people-focused solutions across regional client groups. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work in London.
