Own the SchoolHire product lifecycle from opportunity discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Define product vision, strategy, positioning, and outcome-led roadmaps using customer research, analytics, and market insight. Prioritize initiatives, partner with engineering on delivery, oversee acceptance testing, and align internal stakeholders. Collaborate with payment teams to improve payment journeys, support commercial teams with product messaging, and represent the product at industry events.

Designs and maintains reusable data warehouse models, dimensional structures, SQL transformations, stored procedures, views, and data-loading processes. Investigates complex source systems, reconciles data, resolves quality issues, documents logic, and supports BI and Power BI requirements. Owns work through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable analytics assets.

Supports retention, renewals, expansion, pipeline, and revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of Further and Higher Education customers. Builds customer relationships, identifies risks and opportunities, maintains accurate CRM and forecasts, prepares commercial materials, and coordinates with internal teams. Progressively assumes ownership of accounts while meeting commercial KPIs and providing customer, market, and product feedback.
