Provides high-level administrative support to two Managing Directors, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, event and travel arrangements, multi-currency expenses, onboarding, compliance checks, stakeholder scheduling, data maintenance, and vendor audit support. The role requires discretion, strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities across global time zones.

Supports enterprise and operational risk initiatives within financial services, including Internal Controls System enhancement, regulatory programme delivery, operational resilience, fraud, data privacy, and remediation. Partners with business owners to document and assess risks and controls, maintains centralized risk libraries, challenges control effectiveness, facilitates workshops, tracks regulatory milestones, and reports to senior management and governance committees.

Coordinate testing across internally developed systems and SaaS products, including unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Manage test plans, quality gates, defects, risks, environments, tooling, documentation, and acceptance closure reporting. Collaborate with development teams, business users, project managers, third-party suppliers, and external partners to ensure requirements and quality standards are met. Use Azure DevOps and established QA processes while supporting stakeholder decision-making and timely delivery.
