Partners with business owners to document and assess risks and controls, maintains centralized risk libraries, challenges control effectiveness, facilitates workshops, tracks regulatory milestones, and reports to senior management and governance committees.

Coordinate testing across internally developed systems and SaaS products, including unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Manage test plans, quality gates, defects, risks, environments, tooling, documentation, and acceptance closure reporting. Use Azure DevOps and established QA processes while supporting stakeholder decision-making and timely delivery.

Provide senior-level administrative support to three investment professionals by managing complex global calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, events, conferences, documentation, email, CRM records, and compliance checks. Coordinate AGMs, advisory boards, committees, client updates, and prospect marketing activity. Manage international travel and visas, support team events, mentor junior administrative staff, and provide coverage across a global administrative team.

Fixed-term InfoSec GRC specialist responsible for implementing Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager across GDPR, DORA and ISO 27001; managing cyber risk, third-party risk, control testing, remediation, evidence repositories, audits, DDQs and regulatory requests. The role also improves GRC platform workflows, reporting, automation and documentation while delivering a sustainable handover at the end of the nine-month contract.

Lead structuring, negotiation and execution of infrastructure private markets transactions including primaries, secondaries, co-investments and fund sales. Negotiate legal documentation, coordinate deal-level debt, tax and SPV structuring, ensure compliance (AML/KYC, investor restrictions), manage closings and funding, sponsor process improvements, train teams, and supervise junior staff while working with legal, operations, treasury, finance and tax stakeholders.

Lead sourcing, diligencing, execution and monitoring of European infrastructure and real assets primary funds, secondaries and co-investments. Manage financial modelling, investment materials, transaction negotiation/closing, client/fundraising engagement, external representation, and mentor junior investment team members while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Assess and monitor investment risk across private credit portfolios (primaries, secondaries, co-investments). Provide independent evaluations of emerging risks, ensure adherence to LPA limits, internal targets and regulations, produce risk analytics and reports, develop risk processes and tools, present findings to committees and stakeholders, and collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
