Run treasury for Pantheons funds: cash forecasting, capital call/distribution sign-off, credit facility and covenant management, FX and money-market execution, outsource provider oversight, TMS upgrade and AI use-case delivery, stakeholder management and controls.

Support the Global Infrastructure investment team across deal execution, due diligence, financial modelling, transaction support, portfolio monitoring, and client reporting. Prepare investment materials, coordinate advisors and legal processes, track KPIs, and represent the team with GPs and counterparties. Perform sector research and contribute to fundraising and client communications.

Provide in-house legal advice for fund establishment and fundraising, draft and negotiate fund and investment documents (LPAs, PPMs, side letters, IMAs), support segregated account programmes, advise on UK/EU regulatory and compliance matters (AIFMD), draft commercial contracts, liaise with regulators, external counsel and internal teams, and assist investment teams on transaction documentation and checklists.

The role involves servicing institutional clients in the DACH region, supporting Relationship Managers, managing client communications, and enhancing the investor experience through effective client servicing and teamwork.

Lead research, analysis and product development for private markets products; support business development and service investor relationships; manage RFPs, prepare presentation and fund documentation; perform market and competitor analysis; coordinate across investment, legal, operations and RM teams while ensuring compliance.

The Treasury Associate will manage treasury operations, oversee cash forecasting, sign off on capital calls and distributions, and execute FX trades. They will coordinate compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to operational improvements and system upgrades.
