Lead structuring, negotiation and execution of infrastructure private markets transactions including primaries, secondaries, co-investments and fund sales. Negotiate legal documentation, coordinate deal-level debt, tax and SPV structuring, ensure compliance (AML/KYC, investor restrictions), manage closings and funding, sponsor process improvements, train teams, and supervise junior staff while working with legal, operations, treasury, finance and tax stakeholders.

Provide in-house legal advice for fund establishment and fundraising, draft and negotiate fund and investment documents (LPAs, PPMs, side letters, IMAs), support segregated account programmes, advise on UK/EU regulatory and compliance matters (AIFMD), draft commercial contracts, liaise with regulators, external counsel and internal teams, and assist investment teams on transaction documentation and checklists.

Lead sourcing, diligencing, execution and monitoring of European infrastructure and real assets primary funds, secondaries and co-investments. Manage financial modelling, investment materials, transaction negotiation/closing, client/fundraising engagement, external representation, and mentor junior investment team members while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Support Private Wealth Fund Finance across fund accounting oversight, fund launches, audits, valuations, third-party administrator oversight, capital events, fee and expense review, control and risk frameworks, and investor/transaction support for international private wealth products.

The role involves servicing institutional clients in the DACH region, supporting Relationship Managers, managing client communications, and enhancing the investor experience through effective client servicing and teamwork.

The Treasury Associate will manage treasury operations, oversee cash forecasting, sign off on capital calls and distributions, and execute FX trades. They will coordinate compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to operational improvements and system upgrades.

Assess and monitor investment risk across private credit portfolios (primaries, secondaries, co-investments). Provide independent evaluations of emerging risks, ensure adherence to LPA limits, internal targets and regulations, produce risk analytics and reports, develop risk processes and tools, present findings to committees and stakeholders, and collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
