Manage Panalux client accounts for film, television, and commercial lighting rentals from initial enquiry through final invoice. Provide quotations, recommend equipment solutions, coordinate with production and internal teams, negotiate agreements, manage budgets, validate invoices, and grow client relationships. The role requires strong knowledge of production services or equipment rental, commercial awareness, customer service, organization, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to resolve changing production requirements.

Lead EMEA IT operations and help desk, manage NOC and incident response, partner with global IT and InfoSec, oversee infrastructure, cloud, security, asset management, vendor relationships, budgets and regional IT team development across multiple locations.
