Supports Palantir deployments by managing projects, optimizing processes, removing roadblocks, responding to operational issues, tracking project metrics, and coordinating with customers, engineers, and leadership. The role requires strong judgment under pressure, detailed execution, collaborative relationship-building, and willingness to work onsite with customers and travel extensively.

Design and build query planning, optimization, execution, storage, and incremental processing capabilities for Palantir Foundry. Extend distributed data engines and Iceberg integrations, improve correctness and performance, investigate complex system issues, and develop tests and benchmarks. Collaborate with product teams, customers, and open-source communities to deliver reliable data infrastructure.

Build scalable backend infrastructure and distributed systems for Palantir’s data platforms. Responsibilities include developing search and indexing systems, data processing libraries, container orchestration, APIs, observability, storage, authentication, asset serving, and automated deployment of technologies such as Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Kubernetes. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while delivering reliable, secure, high-performance software.
