Coordinate monitoring and evaluation across youth and community programmes, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and evidence of impact. Gather participant feedback, produce actionable insights and case studies, and support programme improvements. Help implement and maintain the Foundation’s CRM, promote adoption, and improve data quality. The role also requires clear communication of findings, strong Excel skills, collaboration, organisation, confidentiality, safeguarding, and inclusive practice.
