Lead the Checkout product strategy and roadmap at Paddle, managing its performance and commercial outcomes while collaborating across teams and using data to drive decisions.

Lead end-to-end insights projects that turn cross-functional data into commercial recommendations. Use SQL and Snowflake to extract data, apply statistical methods and LLMs to analyze structured and unstructured data, model financial impacts with Finance, and present clear, actionable findings to senior leadership and the exec team.

Drive platform reliability and developer efficiency by automating deployments, disaster recovery, monitoring/SLOs, incident response and runbooks. Collaborate with product engineers, perform capacity/performance/cost engineering, and promote GitOps and observability practices.
