Advises regulated financial services firms on enterprise risk management, governance, risk culture, regulatory change, controls, and assurance reviews. Leads complex consulting projects, develops client relationships, adapts delivery to changing requirements, identifies business opportunities, and supports sales. Requires expertise in areas such as three lines of defence, risk frameworks, FCA/PRA expectations, Section 166 Skilled Person Reviews, and operational, conduct, prudential, compliance, or technology risk.

Supports clients with anti-money laundering, sanctions, fraud, bribery and corruption, customer due diligence, regulatory change, risk assessments, control frameworks and financial crime transformation. Responsibilities include research, analysis, policy and governance reviews, operating model and process design, regulatory response, report preparation, workshops and stakeholder interviews. The role works within multidisciplinary consulting teams serving financial institutions, payment firms, regulators and public sector organizations.
