Lead academic strategy and delivery across campus provision, overseeing programme and module leaders, curriculum quality, assessment standards, and staff development. Drive student academic outcomes, inclusive pedagogy, quality assurance, partnership compliance and enhancement initiatives while supporting campus leadership and readiness for audits and external review.

Manage day-to-day coordination of UK and Europe higher education partnerships, tracking recruitment performance, actions and risks, liaising with university stakeholders and internal teams to support recruitment, compliance and marketing goals.

Lead agent-focused recruitment and business development across Gulf (excl. KSA) and UK markets to meet enrolment targets. Build and manage agent relationships, execute market-focused sales plans, collaborate with marketing and colleges, report market intelligence, provide training, and ensure compliance with admissions and safeguarding policies.
