Leads employee relations strategy and case management across the UK, advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, investigations, restructures, disputes, and employment law. Owns marketing and communications for UK English language programmes, including adult, junior, and year-round group offerings. Responsibilities include brand positioning, sales enablement, collateral creation, email and content marketing, SEO, website management, social media, campaign planning, product launches, events, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting. The role collaborates with sales, operations, schools, and global marketing teams while managing suppliers, budgets, and regular travel across UK locations.

Manages and grows international higher-education partnerships across global hubs. Responsibilities include senior stakeholder relationship management, partner onboarding and contract support, operational risk management, marketing and admissions coordination, commercial data reporting, recruitment presentations, financial reporting, and ensuring student progression. The role also line manages an Admissions and Progressions Coordinator and requires international travel to partner centres, events, and launches.
