Supports service, event, accommodation, and campaign promotion; identifies positive organisational stories; analyses campaign performance; manages communications enquiries; and assists with funding research, events, and business development materials. The role requires strong writing, organisation, visual content creation, stakeholder engagement, digital platform knowledge, and regular travel to the office and services.

Provides facilities, workplace, and business support across the organization. Responsibilities include managing confidential waste, archiving, supplies, post, deliveries, Amazon Business, telephone systems, mobile phones, equipment, supplier queries, and facilities requests. The role issues and tracks technology assets, supports basic equipment setup and troubleshooting, maintains accurate records, and escalates complex IT issues. The officer works independently, prioritizes requests, supports emergency procedures, and follows confidentiality and data protection requirements.
