The Business Manager leads sales and customer experiences at Laura Mercier, fostering a high-performing team focused on exceeding targets and delivering beauty solutions.

Serve as the business-facing NetSuite order management expert to analyze, optimize, and document order-to-delivery workflows across ecommerce, EDI, and direct channels. Gather requirements, create functional specs, lead testing and QA, validate integrations, produce runbooks, and train stakeholders while liaising between sales, customer operations, IT, and external partners.

Manage 3PL relationships and UK/EMEA inbound/outbound fulfilment, transport, inventory accuracy, and key account order management. Ensure SLAs/KPIs, oversee ERP/WMS/EDI processes, lead continuous improvement, manage carrier performance, and support cross-functional launches and tendering.
