Provide pre-sales technical support and lead implementation, training, upgrades, and troubleshooting for QuidelOrtho informatics and middleware across the UK and Ireland. Support sales bids, maintain CRM and documentation, assist validation/UAT, and ensure compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity practices.

Lead and develop regional legal and compliance teams across EMEA and LATAM. Provide strategic legal counsel on commercial, regulatory, employment, and corporate matters; draft and negotiate complex agreements; implement and oversee regional compliance programs (ABAC, competition, data privacy, healthcare laws); manage external counsel; partner cross-functionally to support product launches and business initiatives; deliver localized training and monitor legal/regulatory developments to mitigate risk.
