Build and manage a partner pipeline across blockchain, DeFi, gaming, NFT, and infrastructure ecosystems. Track prospects through CRM workflows, qualify and engage partners, drive activation and growth, and develop ecosystem initiatives. Collaborate with BD, DevRel, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams; manage grants and hackathons; research protocols and L1/L2 ecosystems; and support token utility and cross-chain adoption.

Own product strategy and execution for DeFi and crypto trading products. Identify user and market opportunities, define requirements and success metrics, prioritize initiatives, partner with engineering and design, analyze data and feedback, manage trade-offs, and drive products from discovery through launch and iteration. Collaborate with growth, marketing, and ecosystem teams to increase adoption in a highly technical, ambiguous, globally distributed environment.

The Affiliate Manager will build and manage the affiliate program, recruit new affiliates, maintain relationships, and optimize performance by collaborating with internal teams.
