Lead and govern enterprise risk intelligence: define intelligence lifecycle and standards, ensure QA and scalable situational awareness, forecast geopolitical and civil threats, oversee 24/7 global coverage, integrate outputs with protective intelligence and crisis management, brief senior leaders, and drive an intelligence maturity roadmap aligned to enterprise decision-making.

Lead rebuilding and scaling procurement: set strategy, governance, supplier management, and commercial negotiations for technology and operational spend. Drive cost savings, manage supplier transitions, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver procurement value.

Provide pragmatic commercial legal advice across the business; draft and negotiate commercial agreements (SaaS, software licensing, subcontracting, reseller); support data governance, regulatory compliance, healthcare-specific issues; assist with M&A, risk management, legal training, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid Leeds-based digital healthcare business.
