Own and build Optasia’s global Learning and Development function from the ground up. The role includes creating the L&D strategy and operating model, assessing capability needs, implementing learning technology, designing blended learning programs, developing AI literacy, delivering leadership and manager training, managing vendors and budgets, and measuring learning impact. This hands-on leader will establish scalable learning pathways, onboarding and core-skills curricula, employee engagement initiatives, and dashboards connecting learning activity to business outcomes.

Lead Optasia’s company-wide AI enablement and adoption strategy. Design and deliver generative AI training, develop an AI Champions network, coach employees, identify practical AI use cases, and promote responsible adoption. Own AI communications, learning resources, adoption metrics, and business-impact reporting while partnering with IT, Security, and cross-functional stakeholders. Build practical AI assistants, workflows, and agents using tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.

The Senior HR Business Partner will act as a strategic leader, managing complex employee relations, driving people strategies, and enhancing organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, multicultural fintech environment.
