Lead and grow the UK commercial team (AEs and BDRs/SDRs) as a player-coach while carrying an individual quota. Drive pipeline health, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and conversion improvements. Personally manage strategic opportunities end-to-end, coach the team, build playbooks, recruit and ramp hires, partner with Marketing and Product, and represent the company in market events.

Drive top-of-funnel growth by outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to UK food and consumer brands. Qualify opportunities via discovery calls, book meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM accuracy, share market insights with Growth/Marketing/Product, and represent Opply at industry events.

Close new logo B2B deals end-to-end for scaling food and consumer goods brands: run discovery, demos, build ROI cases, negotiate and close, maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts, handle objections, and feed market intelligence to improve positioning and motion.
