Assess case handling, controls, documentation, and decision-making; identify deficiencies and emerging risks; produce evidence-based reports and KPIs; track remediation; and support improvements to QA methodologies, sampling, policies, procedures, and training. The role collaborates with Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, and operational teams in a regulated financial services environment.

Produce SEO- and LLM-optimised blog content and short-form social media; maintain tone of voice and QA others' content; update website and collateral; develop case studies and run a roundtable series in collaboration with commercial, events and relationship teams.

Manage daily cash activities, execute treasury payments, monitor liquidity, and prepare operational reports while supporting process improvements.
