Own and operationalize audit-ready security controls (DORA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) across AWS, Kubernetes, and application layers. Translate regulations into technical controls, automate evidence collection and compliance checks, lead audit preparation and walkthroughs, remediate issues, and partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and engineering to embed secure-by-default design.

Provide legal and regulatory counsel for product, licensing and corporate matters focused on payments, crypto, FX and cross-border transactions. Lead licensing strategy (MiCAR/PSD2), advise product and engineering teams, manage external counsel, build scalable legal processes, and mitigate regulatory risk across EU and UK.
