The Compliance Manager and MLRO will build and scale compliance programs for OpenFX in the UK, manage regulatory relationships, and ensure adherence to financial regulations.

Provide legal and regulatory counsel for product, licensing and corporate matters focused on payments, crypto, FX and cross-border transactions. Lead licensing strategy (MiCAR/PSD2), advise product and engineering teams, manage external counsel, build scalable legal processes, and mitigate regulatory risk across EU and UK.
