Teams at OpenAI

Build and ship polished, high-performance interfaces for the Codex desktop app and IDE extension. Partner with design to develop interaction models for AI-agent workflows, including delegation, timelines, progress, handoffs, review, and controls. Own frontend architecture, component systems, state management, navigation, rendering performance, testing, instrumentation, and reliability while collaborating with platform, model, and backend teams.

Partner with startups to identify high-impact Codex use cases, build AI coding workflows and integrations, resolve technical issues, and drive sustained adoption. Lead technical talks, demos, workshops, hackathons, and developer programs. Create reusable code examples, guides, and tools, while translating customer feedback into improvements for OpenAI’s Product, Research, and Engineering teams.

Leads OpenAI’s public-sector accounts across the UK, Middle East, and Latin America. Responsibilities include building account strategies, developing and closing complex government opportunities, navigating procurement and security requirements, coordinating partners and internal teams, guiding AI adoption, managing customer outcomes, forecasting pipeline, and maintaining executive relationships. The role requires substantial public-sector or international experience, AI and enterprise technology fluency, diplomatic judgment, and willingness to travel internationally.
