The AI Deployment Manager leads customer enablement for OpenAI products, delivering training, workshops, and adoption strategies to enhance product utilization and business value. Responsibilities include designing engagements, supporting user adoption, and collaborating with sales and product teams.

Build and ship polished, high-performance UI for the Codex desktop app and IDE extension. Partner with design to prototype and productionize interfaces for human↔agent workflows, own frontend architecture, improve reliability via testing and instrumentation, and integrate platform/model/backend capabilities.
