Provide commercial legal advice across the business: negotiate and review contracts (talent, suppliers, tech, events), manage company secretarial duties, oversee and protect IP with external counsel, handle customer complaints and web/product compliance, and lead rollout of Juro contract management system including templates, workflows and training.

Lead creative development and execute on-brand design across social, web, CRM, print, and in-store channels. Partner with marketing, product, and agencies, review and mentor midweight/junior designers, maintain brand standards, and introduce innovative visual ideas and trends. Manage multiple projects and ensure high-quality, strategic visual storytelling.

Lead art direction for e-commerce, lookbooks, BAU and social content. Develop concepts, moodboards and shot direction; support pre-production and on-set styling; collaborate with photographers, stylists, videographers and retouchers to ensure brand-aligned, commercial product imagery and platform-relevant social content.
