Support transactional finance for UK and US entities: reconcile Xero and QuickBooks, maintain data integrity, assist month-end close, support audits and compliance, manage billing inboxes, and help implement process improvements with Payhawk.

Lead art direction for e-commerce, lookbooks, BAU and social content. Develop concepts, moodboards and shot direction; support pre-production and on-set styling; collaborate with photographers, stylists, videographers and retouchers to ensure brand-aligned, commercial product imagery and platform-relevant social content.

Maintain and automate core operational systems (NetSuite, Shopify, Teamwork, eCom360, 3PL/WMS). Own integrations, end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT), go-lives, post-go-live hypercare, and automation roadmap. Write technical specs, translate between internal teams and external partners, build automations (n8n/Make/Zapier), produce AI-queryable documentation (Notion/Loom), provide reporting support, and train operational staff.
