Leads the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of a high-volume creative studio. Responsibilities include managing shoot schedules, budgets, production workflows, team development, studio resources, e-commerce and ghost mannequin imagery, quality control, freelancers, and external production partners. The role provides senior creative oversight, ensures brand standards, improves processes, and collaborates with creative, brand, marketing, finance, and senior stakeholders to deliver content on time and within budget.

Own web and customer experience analytics across GA4, Contentsquare, and Shopify. Analyze customer journeys, funnels, behavior, commercial KPIs, and conversion opportunities. Lead CRO and A/B testing analysis, build dashboards, identify trends and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations. Partner with Digital Trade, UX/UI, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to improve conversion, revenue, and customer experience, while supporting trading reviews and broader digital strategy.
