Support Solutions & Implementation leads with product configuration, data preparation, and platform implementation. Become a product expert, help coordinate launches, build workflows, and gradually take on customer-facing responsibilities and integrations while learning to drive customer success and adoption.

Serve as the technical authority in enterprise sales: run technical discovery, direct AI-built demos and PoCs, validate RFP/RFI and security questionnaire responses, translate field feedback to Product, and maintain pre-sales tooling and documentation. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to win and hand off large enterprise deals.

Lead end-to-end enterprise deployments of Omnea's procurement platform. Run stakeholder discovery, design approval workflows and integrations, direct AI-assisted tooling to build first-draft configurations, validate AI outputs, manage project timelines and stakeholder buy-in, track post-go-live adoption, and feed learnings into Product and Engineering. Typically runs 3-5 concurrent deployments and is measured on time-to-launch, CSAT, and customer references.
