Support daily office and people operations including onboarding/offboarding, IT and AV setup, office administration, events, and workflow automation. Maintain operational workflows, assist cross-functional projects (finance, sales), and help run hybrid in-person culture and logistics for a fast-growing startup.

Maintain and improve the revenue operations technology stack, including CRM administration, data hygiene, workflows, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and tool implementation. Support commission tracking, onboard GTM employees, monitor platform updates, and manage recurring administrative processes while identifying automation opportunities. The role partners across GTM, Customer, and Finance teams in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Chief of Staff to the VP Product, owning the operational and strategic systems that help a rapidly growing product organization scale. Responsibilities include AI enablement, tool-stack configuration, product launches, early-access programs, company-level metrics, board reporting, product communications, documentation, and team events. The role requires building automations and internal tools, improving adoption, extracting actionable data, and representing the VP Product’s thinking across the organization.
