Own 3–5 concurrent enterprise procurement-platform deployments from discovery through adoption. Translate stakeholder processes into workflows, integrations, approval logic, and chained AI-agent configurations. Validate AI-generated outputs, manage timelines and blockers, run stakeholder workshops, secure executive buy-in, track post-launch value, and provide product feedback. The role combines client consulting, technical systems reasoning, project management, and judgment around enterprise processes and politics.

Lead customer-facing AI deployments by identifying high-impact opportunities, designing AI-powered procurement solutions, building prototypes, and demonstrating business value. Partner with enterprise customers through implementation, adoption, and value realization while facilitating workshops and innovation sessions. Translate business challenges into scalable solution architectures, measure outcomes, develop domain expertise across procurement, finance, and supply chain, and share customer insights internally.

Own complex enterprise customer technical issues involving integrations, configurations, cross-system bugs, and implementation challenges. Investigate root causes, direct AI-assisted troubleshooting, assess production risks, coordinate escalations across Customer, Product, and Engineering, and provide clear technical communication to stakeholders. Identify recurring issues for product improvements, create support tooling and playbooks, and establish technical standards for a growing customer-facing solutions function.
