Teams at Omnea

Leads Engineering Managers and Team Leads overseeing 25–50 engineers across multiple teams. Owns organizational design, headcount planning, delivery outcomes, technical direction, architecture, reliability, and engineering processes. Partners with the CTO, Product leadership, executives, and enterprise customers to shape strategy and translate business needs into scalable software. Develops engineering leaders, manages cross-team dependencies, and balances technical debt, product delivery, and platform resilience.

Own technical strategy for complex enterprise sales across EMEA, leading discovery, tailored demos, RFP support, proof-of-concept projects, executive presentations, and solution design. Partner with sales, product, and customer stakeholders across procurement, finance, legal, IT, and security. Build reusable demo frameworks and collateral, mentor teammates, provide market feedback, and help establish Omnea’s Solution Consulting function.

Support daily office and people operations including onboarding/offboarding, IT and AV setup, office administration, events, and workflow automation. Maintain operational workflows, assist cross-functional projects (finance, sales), and help run hybrid in-person culture and logistics for a fast-growing startup.
