Own and evolve Omaze's AWS serverless platform (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) using IaC (CDK/Terraform). Build CI/CD with GitHub Actions, drive observability and on-call practices, enforce cloud security and compliance, optimise costs, and improve developer experience through reliable infrastructure and guardrails.

Lead global Above-the-Line (ATL) media strategy, manage agency partnerships and large media budgets, integrate ATL with performance and brand initiatives, build measurement frameworks (MMM, attribution, incrementality), optimise investment, present insights to leadership, and mentor the marketing team.

Lead strategy, investment and optimisation of Google advertising (Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display). Build full-funnel acquisition plans, manage significant media budgets, run experimentation and measurement (GA4, attribution, MMM), partner with creative and analytics, manage agencies, and present performance insights to senior leadership to scale sustainable customer growth.
