Supports day-to-day HR operations, employee records, contracts, payroll changes, benefits, absence, probation, and employee lifecycle processes. Coordinates onboarding and offboarding with Talent Acquisition, managers, IT, and internal teams. Also manages office suppliers, refreshments, culture events, and related budgets. Serves as a first point of contact for employee queries while maintaining confidentiality, accurate data, and organized People documentation.

Owns end-to-end commercial performance for Home, Lifestyle, and Personal Care brands across European marketplaces, especially BOL.com, OTTO, and Kaufland. Responsibilities include managing listings, pricing, promotions, availability, PPC, SEO, forecasting, budgeting, profitability, reporting, compliance, and marketplace growth strategies. The role analyzes SKU and marketplace data, executes launches and peak events, resolves platform issues, and partners with brand, product, supply chain, and finance teams.

Supports supply planning by tracking purchase orders, monitoring inventory across suppliers and warehouses, maintaining stock and bill-of-materials data, and identifying supply risks. Coordinates stock movements, transfers, and kitting with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and 3PL partners. Prepares reporting and meeting follow-ups while helping improve planning processes and support NetSuite data migration.
