Create and adapt social-first video, static, and motion content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Responsibilities include concepting, shooting, editing, localisation across European markets, building scalable content systems, managing approvals, collaborating with social and account teams, and using performance data and AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency.

Lead integrated creative across digital, social, motion, print and events from concept to delivery. Produce motion/animation, adapt work for multiple markets within brand guardrails, ensure compliance in regulated financial services, mentor designers, embed AI-assisted workflows, and maintain quality across concurrent projects.

Own UK and EMEA commercial growth, revenue targets, pipeline strategy, and enterprise sales pursuits. Lead discovery, solution design, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure while building C-suite relationships. Design AI-enabled marketing transformation solutions and partner with delivery teams to ensure scalable execution. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, establish forecasting governance, and drive adoption of AI tools across the commercial function.
