Serve as a senior technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, driving Okta Workforce Identity adoption, architecture, roadmap alignment, and security maturity. Lead complex technical escalations, mitigate risks, advocate for customer needs with internal teams, deliver workshops, create reusable technical assets, and mentor other TAMs. The role requires deep IAM expertise, federation and provisioning knowledge, executive communication, and fluency in German and English. It is hybrid and based in London, Munich, Paris, or Warsaw.

Manage enterprise customer relationships for Auth0 implementations, serving as a trusted identity coach. Provide technical guidance on authentication, authorization, integrations, security, SaaS adoption, and best practices. Build stakeholder relationships from developers to executives, monitor customer health, drive adoption and growth, communicate product roadmaps, address escalations, and represent customer feedback. French fluency and under 25% travel are required.

The Account Executive will drive sales growth by targeting C-suite decision makers, forming relationships, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets for enterprise SaaS products.
