Manage enterprise customer relationships for Auth0 implementations, serving as a trusted identity coach. Provide technical guidance on authentication, authorization, integrations, security, SaaS adoption, and best practices. Build stakeholder relationships from developers to executives, monitor customer health, drive adoption and growth, communicate product roadmaps, address escalations, and represent customer feedback. French fluency and under 25% travel are required.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer sales lifecycle. Build presentations and product demonstrations, educate technical and executive audiences, uncover customer needs, and recommend Okta identity security solutions. The role requires presales experience, knowledge of identity and security protocols, IGA, PAM, application security, enterprise selling, and strong communication skills. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Drive revenue growth across assigned UK public sector accounts by generating pipeline, acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and closing complex enterprise SaaS deals. Build account strategies, engage C-suite decision makers, manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, leverage partners and GSIs, demonstrate customer value, negotiate agreements, and consistently achieve revenue quotas using MEDDPICC methodology.
