Provide comprehensive executive assistant support to the IT Director, including complex diary and inbox management, travel, expenses, meeting coordination, correspondence, briefing materials, action tracking, confidential information handling, events, purchasing, records, and general administration. The role requires proactive prioritization, sound judgment, discretion, stakeholder management, and proficiency with office and collaboration tools.
