Manage identification, recruitment and end-to-end relationships with influencers and partner organisations to communicate Ofcom policy (particularly online safety). Scope and shortlist partners using research tools, conduct due diligence, negotiate terms and contracts, collaborate with internal teams on messaging, and measure reach and impact.

Support Ofcom's leadership transformation by analysing leadership data, producing insight products, designing and delivering targeted development interventions, shaping leadership forums, driving engagement and embedding development into routines, and monitoring impact to recommend continuous improvements.

Lead strategic sourcing, tendering and contract implementation across spend portfolios. Provide commercial advice to stakeholders, run tenders/mini-competitions under frameworks, secure savings, manage contract and risk, collaborate with public bodies, and support high-complexity or high-value projects while ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.

Lead Ofcom's horizon scanning, organisational strategy and major cross‑cutting projects. Provide strategic advice across policy areas (online and broadcasting), represent Ofcom externally, and lead and develop high‑performing teams to deliver long‑term outcomes.
