Respond to inbound support, legal and compliance cases, triage risks, reduce ticket volume by fixing root causes, build AI-first tooling and automation, and advocate customer needs to Product and Ops while documenting standards and closing the loop.

Manage office operations, coordinate external events and logistics, support people operations (expense management, HRIS accuracy), run onboarding, improve team experience, and contribute to employer brand and community initiatives. Provide on-the-day event support and cross-functional coordination; opportunity to build AI-driven automations over time.
