Lead Odin’s product and visual brand design across complex, regulated private-markets workflows. Set design direction, elevate product quality, establish scalable systems and feedback practices, conduct customer discovery, prototype and test solutions, and deliver polished production-ready experiences. Partner closely with founders, product, engineering, and customers while balancing usability, compliance, speed, and business impact.

Lead end-to-end hiring for 4–5 priority leadership and senior roles during a six-month contract. Own market mapping, outbound sourcing, pipelines, candidate assessment, scorecards, feedback quality, calibration, and candidate experience across Product, Engineering, Sales, Design, Operations, and Finance. Partner with senior hiring managers to clarify role expectations, challenge assumptions, improve hiring processes, and deliver high-quality decisions under ambiguity and time pressure.

Lead Odin’s brand and demand marketing: set creative direction, write copy and build landing pages, own inbound MQL pipeline and attribution, run and systematize high-impact experiments across SEO, paid, email, social and product-led channels, manage agencies, and drive measurable signups and opportunities to sales.
