Lead European leveraged finance research team covering high yield and distressed credit. Manage nine analysts, shape coverage strategy, produce timely credit research and actionable investment ideas, oversee restructuring and recovery analysis, set KPIs and best practices, mentor staff, and collaborate with legal, editorial, commercial, and marketing teams to maximize subscriber value.
