Support the CEO and leadership by evaluating commercial opportunities, setting up partnerships and new product lines, maintaining company operating rhythm and OKRs, delivering cross-functional initiatives across people, data and transformation, and producing clear analysis and recommendations from ambiguous, fast-moving priorities.

Client-facing role owning pension work on divorce cases: manage client relationships, oversee and review pension sharing calculations across DB/DC/hybrid schemes, work with CETVs, manage case workflow, liaise with solicitors and advisers, and ensure accurate technical outputs and documentation.

The Paraplanner will deliver high-quality financial advice, conduct cashflow modelling, respond to client queries, and collaborate with the team to improve customer experience.
