Build journalist relationships, collaborate with advisers and leadership, measure content against business objectives, and potentially grow a content team.

Support onboarding and ongoing relationships for SMB and mid-market employer clients. Manage rollouts, campaigns, customer inquiries, complaints, timelines, communications, and success metrics. Deliver client reporting, identify improvement opportunities, and share customer insights with internal teams. The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, relationship-building, data analysis, and a customer-focused approach.

Leads customer-outcome practices for vulnerable clients and bereavement services in a regulated financial-services environment. Owns service frameworks, governance, quality assurance, case reviews, management information, and operational standards. Handles complex client cases, improves processes, coaches employees, and embeds customer-outcome considerations into products and operational change. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on client support and serves as the internal expert on sensitive customer situations.
