Own the full sales cycle to drive new UK workplace business, prospect and multi-thread into HR and Reward teams, build tailored business cases, exceed revenue targets, coordinate internal teams for deal delivery, attend client events, and feed product insights from market and clients.

The Paraplanner will deliver high-quality financial advice, conduct cashflow modelling, respond to client queries, and collaborate with the team to improve customer experience.
